I've built these systems myself, so I can turn complex infrastructure into roadmaps that engineers trust and customers can use.

• Owned the design and roadmap for the open-source Terraform Provider for Citrix, bringing IaC to Azure, AWS, GCP and on-prem customers through the public Terraform Registry.
• Ran the security-hardening program that earned FedRAMP Moderate certification for Citrix DaaS, a prerequisite for serving U.S. federal agencies, then led the roadmap toward FedRAMP High.
• Kept product delivery moving across U.S. and China engineering teams, working across time zones, languages and working cultures.
• Led the migration of 3 projects from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET Core, improving performance by 50%+ and cutting infrastructure cost by 80% through cross-platform deployment.

I take products from a first idea to a launch, staying focused on the customer problem and on what the business needs.

• Led the design and development of the billing and cost-prediction experience for Citrix Platform Flex, the next-generation managed desktop platform.
• Extended Citrix DaaS beyond Azure onto AWS WorkSpaces Core and GCP, broadening platform choice for enterprise customers including Mastercard and Greenberg Traurig.
• Moved enterprise customers such as BlackRock and Barclays from manual provisioning to Infrastructure as Code with automated Terraform configuration generation.
• At Rose-Hulman Ventures, took a 22-year-old client platform (NECA-STAR) from greenfield through production launch.

I write and film for both English- and Chinese-speaking audiences, and I understand the U.S. and China markets from having lived and worked in both.

• Create bilingual (EN/ZH) video, photo and written content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Bilibili and RedNote.
• Designed, built and run this bilingual personal-brand site end to end, covering content, SEO and design.
• Have lived and worked in Beijing, Florida, Nanjing, Indiana and Pittsburgh, which helps me position products for both U.S. and Chinese customers.
• Minor in Entrepreneurial Studies, plus the ESCALATE entrepreneurship program and the RISE Business Club at Rose-Hulman.

I'm a math major who has built real billing systems, and I'm drawn to corporate strategy: how financial decisions shape where a company competes and how it wins.

• Built the billing and cost-prediction system for Citrix Platform Flex, letting enterprise customers such as Wipro deploy across Azure, AWS or GCP at minimum cost.
• Built monthly customer-bill validation tooling, now adopted company-wide, and cut infrastructure cost by 80% through a cross-platform .NET Core migration.
• Won the Meritorious Prize at IMMC 2016 for designing a long-run investment model in Python and Matlab.
• Built a quantitative foundation through a B.S. in Mathematics, a Data Science minor, optimization and mathematical modeling, and added Corporate Strategy, Finance and Financial & Managerial Accounting in the Tepper MBA.
